Chelsea has a deep love and appreciation for Pilates. She attributes Pilates to helping her through her health battles and coming out stronger on the other side. Her deep understanding has led her to work with all types of bodies, of all ages.
Chelsea is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through the Pure Body Teacher Training Program, a year long program including 600 hours of apprenticeship. She is also certified in Barre Variations, a method that combines classical ballet with pilates, yoga, and functional training.
